Abstract

The article substantiates the conclusion that Russia, with its legal tradition, the specifics of the political system and the reception characteristics of the constitutional and legal institutions, has developed an original, unique combined model of constitutional review. Analyzing the factors of influence and the degree of perception of the Russian legal system, foreign models of constitutional review, the author concludes that synthesized nature of the constitutional and legal reception as a result of which there is a combination of a decentralized system such controls, based on the principle of subsidiarity, the federal and regional constitutional (charter) courts and vesting powers for the implementation of specialized constitutional courts.
