Abstract |
The article discusses the significance of the
Constitution of the Russian Federation for the
formation of the Special Part of the Criminal Code
in terms of the systematic approach. Based on the
analysis of existing points of view on this type of
interaction, the author gives his position based on
targeting meaning of the basic law in the
determination of destroying protected social
relations, without affecting the structuring of the
Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. A separate
issue is considered the direction of cooperation,
built on the principle of sending criminal law to
the constitutional requirements. |
