Abstract |
At present the Institute for the Performing collect
relatively little research in the jurisprudence that
a degree is a prerequisite for the emergence of the
discussion on the legal nature of the collection and
the appearance of performing its various
interpretations: as a penal sanction character; how
punitive the prevailing signs of civil
responsibilities; as a measure of procedural
enforcement debtor's liability. This article is
considered as a collection of performing a variety
of administrative and legal responsibility, similar
in nature to an administrative fine. |
