Abstract |
The article is devoted to legal regulation of
control and oversight procedures in the field of
education. In the Russian Federation, the legal
basis for monitoring and supervisory procedures in
the field of education includes both legal acts at
the federal level, and regulations (departmental)
and legal acts. The author analyzes the basic
structure of the Administrative Regulations in the
field of supervision of education. Noting the
existence of section fixing mechanism to protect the
violated rights during the supervision of education
in the administrative procedure. A sig-nificant lack
of regulation — lack of it rules enshrining the
right of a citizen to go to court to protect their
violated rights. |
