Abstract |
The article analyzes the effective implementation of
criminal law measuresin the form of conditional
condemnation. On the basis of departmental
statistical data conclusions are made that in order
to reduce the number of crimes committed by the
probation service, it is advisable to use means of
electronic control to verify the execution of
certain types of obligations imposed by the court;
and amending article 73 of the Criminal code of the
Russian Federation in the direction of expansion and
concretization of the list of duties that can be
imposed by a court on a convict with a suspended
sentence on the petition of the criminal-Executive
inspection. |
