Abstract

This article discusses the concept of the procedural form in the criminal proceedings, the need to highlight the conditions and criteria for understanding the procedural form. The author supports the view of the appropriateness of the different procedural forms in criminal proceedings. We study the point of view of scientists on the concept of «criminal procedural form», revealed her symptoms, factors, the influence of which it is subject. The conclusion that any change affects the procedural form the perfect order of criminal procedure, as defined in the Criminal Procedure Act.
