Abstract |
The article analyzes the factors that influence the
effectiveness of the form of law and law enforcement.
The estimation method of transmitting information
about the content of the rule of law, are considered
characteristics such as the shape of the right speed
and efficiency, it is indicated not only the
importance of fixing the content of legal norms, but
also their distribution. As determinants of the
effectiveness of enforcement given to the knowledge
and understanding of the judicial practice and legal
positions of the higher courts. |
