Abstract |
This article focuses on the need to create a
competitive political environment in the Russian
Federation. Shows the importance and necessity of
legal reforms of the party system in Russia. In a
study established and developed the basic problems
of the party system in Russia. We give a generalized
description of the current state of political
competition in Russia. Based on the research
proposed legal transformation to enhance the
competitive political environment in the Russian
Federation. Substantiates the idea that the proposed
road development to improve the existing legislation
in this area will increase the party competition. |
