Abstract |
Criminological study of the personality of the
offender should be done in conjunction with the
analysis of the regularities of the development of
society and social psychological knowledge about the
human interaction with the surrounding reality.
The basic sources of forming of a criminal
personality are examined in the article. Factors
rendering unfavorable influence on forming of
personality of man are specified. The author
concludes that there is currently no single factor
(personal property), which uniquely predict the
propensity to commit or not to commit a specific
person. |
