Abstract

Enforcement pedagogical measures are the special public enforcement measures that are taken towards the juvenile criminals, and are one of the grounds for the juveniles to be relieved from criminal punishment and criminal responsibility. The article describes the contents of different types of enforcement pedagogical measures. Today, the penal law includes four types of enforcement pedagogical measures, including caution, probation by parents, their substitutes or special government agency, placing of duty to make up losses, limitation of recreation and special requirements for the juvenile conduct.
