Abstract
In article are analyzed Russian and international
legislative and the regulations regulating
application of a signature stamp of restriction of
access on documents, containing data of confidential
character. The author investigates legislatively
established signature stamps of restriction of
access to the documents containing different types
of secrets. The author reveals features of
application of a signature stamp of restriction of
access «for office using» and comes to a conclusion
about universality of such mark and need of its
application on documents and other material carriers
containing personal information. The order of
establishment of such mark can quite be regulated by
internal normative documents of the organization.
