Abstract
In view of increase in volumes of
construction in Russia the contract for work and
construction is one of the most concluded economic
contracts for today. In this article are considered
the concept and the main conditions of the contract
for work and construction. As separately the
attention is given for the features of contract
conclusion. The contract for work and construction
has the qualifying signs and specifics that allows
to allocate it in a separate type of the contract.
Today the given type of the contract is rather
settled by the current legislation of the Russian
Federation, however, despite it, there is a need of
improvement and a specification of the relevant
legal institutes. In particular it is necessary to
pay separate attention to protection of the rights
of consumers under the contract for work and
construction.
