Abstract |
In the article legal basis of the Federal State
energy supervision is under consideration as a
method of state regulation and control in the sphere
of electricity. Functions of Federal State
governmental authorities at implementation of the
Federal State energy supervision, tasks of the
Federal State energy supervision and legal
innovation in this field are also analyzed. The
author has also brought up background of reformation
of state regulation and control in the sphere of
electricity, retrospective development of state
energy supervision and functions of governmental
authorities that implement this particular type of
supervision. The article also contains findings
related to legal regulation of the Federal State
energy supervision. |
