Abstract |
The article analyzes the problems which arose after
the approval of the cadastral value of the plots of
land in 2011, procedure for determining the value of
land plots under privatization, the norms of the
land code, which came into force on July 1, 2012, in
particular, providing the right to establish a
procedure for determining the prices of the land
plots, authorized by the Government of the Russian
Federation the Federal body of Executive power,
bodies of state power of the subjects of the Russian
Federation, Agency of local self-government |
