Abstract |
In article features of standard and legal regulation
of labor disputes with participation of staff of
law-enforcement bodies are considered. The changes
which have occurred in the legislation in the course
of reforming of Department of Internal Affairs are
analyzed. The author analyzes dual legal status of
the employee of Department of Internal Affairs as
the citizen and as the civil servant, compares
standards of the labor and procedural legislation
with departmental legal acts, reveals and analyzes
the contradictions containing in them. |
