Abstract |
The article dwells on the general characteristic of
the constitutional principle of a welfare state. The
author states the features which determine the
social character of a state, as well as the problems
of practical realization of the constitutional right
for adequate standard of living. The author analyzes
statutory acts which consolidate the minimum wage,
as well as the minimum subsistence income in the
Russian Federation. The author makes the conclusion
about the impossibility of the realization of the
right for adequate standard of living without
observance of constitutional norms. the realization
of the aforementioned principle is viewed through
the prism of provisions of the Labour Code of the
Russian Federation which regulate the minimum wage
in the country. |
