Abstract

The article gives brief historic review of the legislation onjuvenile labour and recommendations on introduction of alternations in current statutory acts. In particular, the author dwells on certain historic periods of legal regulation  of labour relations with minors: the end of the 19th century, pre-revolutionary and after-revolutionary periods, Soviet time, and modern development.

The author believes that issues of juvenile job placement should be reflected in current legislation in a more comprehensive way. Thus, it is necessary to define the necessity of the assignment of quotas for work places, as well as state the requirements imposed on the employer more clearly.

Keywords

minor employees, job placement, assignment of quotas for work places.
