Abstract |
The article presents the analytical review of the
defined contribution pension system of the Republic
of Kazakhstan in the contribution model carried out
in June 2013. Problems of the last legislative
changes are considered in the context of
reformations of 1998 and the following years. Taking
into consideration that Kazakhstan was the first
country on the post-Soviet territory which started
implementing the defined contribution pension system
and gained both positive and negative legal
experience, the article gives recommendations on the
improvement of the legislation in the sphere.
Pension system is claimed to be one of the main
areas of interest of the balancing of anti-crisis
measures on modern stage. |
