Abstract

The article discusses the issues of part-time and combined work in teaching staff according to the current legislation. The main problems connected with the implementation of this type of employment are considered. On the example of judicial practice the differences of combining and combined work are stated. The author raises the question of the practicability of combined work for teaching employees which are presented in the Resolution of the Ministry of Labour of the Russian Federation No. 41. The author analyzes the main types of the abovementioned works and gives them legal description with reference to the decision of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. The author makes conclusions about the possible infringement of the rights of teachers for decent work and its corresponding payment within the formal observance of the law.
