Abstract

New attitude towards one of the pivotal resources of economics, employees of enterprises and companies, is being formed nowadays. In accordance with that the article dwells on the interaction of the employers and the representatives of the employees in the improvement of workforce productivity. Foreign experience of the development of the workforce productivity is used. The problem of the improvement of workforce productivity is considered through the p rism of the state participation in the regulation of labour relations. The article pays its attention to the development of the representation establishments in labour relations as a condition of the cooperation of the employers and the employees.
