Abstract |
The article analyzes the existing
problems of the legal and organizational ensuring of environmental protection
by the law enforcement bodies. The activity of individual units of law
enforcement agencies in the field of environmental
protection is analyzed. The question of the use
of police force and means of police units under the state environmental
policy is raised. The author comes to the conclusion about the need of
development of environmental police whose activity would be effective in co-operation
with the authorities of special competence. |
