The article is devoted to problems occurring in the law enforcement practice in connection with the commission of official crimes by the military men. The absence of the unity of views on the concept of «official body» in the legal doctrine, as well as the peculiarities of the legal status of military servicemen as a special subjects of administrative responsibility causes a complex of problems of theoretical and enforcement nature the author’s vision of which is presented in the article. In the result of the analysis of features characterizing the official and legal status of the military men the author defines the category of military official bodies.
