Abstract |
The article cites the problem of the own local
self-government’s competence. The author analyses
issues of local importance and another issues, the
solution right of which is conceded to local
authorities. In the author’s opinion, there is no
necessity to establish issues, the solution right of
which is conceded to local authorities in the
structure of local self-government’s competence. |
