Abstract |
The article is devoted to the definition of gender
equality in the system of principles of the
individual’s legal status in Russia. The author has
analyzed the system of principles of the legal
status of the individual and defined gender equality
as a key element of the system. Defined by the
exceptional nature of the legal gender equality. |
