Abstract |
The article investigates the practical aspects of
implementation of the responsibility to execute the
decisions of the Constitutional Court of the
Republic of Belarus. At the present moment there is
no clear legal regulation of social relations
associated with the execution of decisions of the
Constitutional Court, there is no coherent mechanism
for their fulfillment by public authorities
(officials), there are no penalties. The author has
formulated specific proposals to improve legislation
in this sphere. |
