Abstract |
The article analyzes disputable subjects of retire
the Head of municipality. This article solve the
problem considering the initiative of deputies of
municipality to retire the Head of the municipality
only with permission of the highest official of the
subject of Russian Federation. The proposed approach
(way), on the one hand, would eliminate the abuse of
the representative body of the municipality, on the
other hand, increase the efficiency of the agencies
and local government officials, and their
responsibility to the people. |
