Abstract |
The article analyzes the legal nature of the concept
of “intellectual property”. Based on the study of
international legal instruments concluded that the
concept of “intellectual property” should be widely
used in civil law and legislation of the Russian
Federation, as it is an important step in the
integration of Russia into the global community. |
