Abstract |
This article details the scientific lit one of the
most pressing issues today. Due to the absence in
the legislation of the Russian Federation, legal
basis for the protection of protective forests and
special protection parcels of forests from the
illegal cluttering up with different types of waste,
the author of the scientific paper, it was proposed
to make specific amendments to relevant laws. Thus
filling the gaps in legislation that has been
studied; the Forest Code of Russian Federation, Code
of Administrative Offences of Russian Federation,
Code of Administrative Offenses of Khabarovsk Region
will help to protect valuable forest of Russia from
the illegal cluttering up with different types of
waste. |
