Abstract |
Exercising the rights provided by law by
participants of criminal proceedings predetermined
their possible unfair use. This causes particular
difficulties for the course of justice and impedes
exercising the rights by other process participants.
This article deals with investigation of the nature
of abuse of rights as a criminal procedure issue. |
