Abstract |
The author notes the relevance of
research the category of «objects of civil rights», examines the legal nature
of this concept and analyzes the features of objects of civil rights. The article
accords the issue of special attention of the mechanism of assignment goods to
objects of civil rights. The author concludes that at the present stage of study
of features of objects of civil rights without
research the mechanism of assigning goods to
the objects of civil rights are impossible. There are only united research of
this can improve the realization of the legal norms about the objects of civil
rights. Next, the author formulates a doctrinal definition of objects of civil
rights on the basis of the considered features. |
