Abstract |
The article reviews some sub-legal
normative acts regulating relations in the field of government procurement,
taken under the conditions applicable to the sanctions policy so numbers
of European countries and the USA againstRussian Federation.
Analyzed the basic provisions
adopted by the sub-legal acts, designed to adapt the mechanisms of the
individual parts of the government procurement in a slowdown economic development
in Russia. Provided conclusion of their appropriateness and relevance. |
