Abstract

The article deals with the question of the content of e-justice in the Russian Federation and foreign countries. Identify signs and substantial elements of the legal phenomenon in Russia and foreign countries. Analyzes the approaches to its understanding and legal regulation in the legal system of the Russian Federation, including on the basis of the content of the federal target program “Development of the Russian judicial system” for 2007—2012 years, and the concept of the federal target program “Development of the Russian judicial system for 2013—2020 years”; as well as in the laws of foreign countries. The conclusion that should be understood by e-justice, on the basis of theoretical works civil procedure scientists of Russia and foreign countries, and the results of its actual implementation.
