Abstract |
The author considers the use of
information and communication technologies in the civil and arbitration process
as a new kind of Russian legal procedure. After analyzing the basic
requirements of modern legal procedure of the Russian legal science, the author
concludes that the use of information and communication technologies in civil
and arbitration process of the Russian Federation represent her new species. |
