Abstract |
The article deals with the
constitutional and legal basis of the administrative proceedings and its relationship
with civil, criminal and constitutional litigation, as well as the prospects of the
administrative proceedings. The article reveals the essence, peculiarities of legal
and administrative conflicts and the Russian practice of the consideration of
administrative disputes. The author distinguishes between the «fuzziness» of the
administrative proceedings in the civil and arbitration process. The
administrative procedural differences in civil and arbitration proceedings, regulations
fixing their differences are analyzed. |
