Abstract |
This article seeks to analyse the
defensive practice of the social and economic rights of man and citizen by the
Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation. It has been demonstrated that the
Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation effectively deals with
violations of social-economic rights; it detects existing legal flaws, issues
instructions for their improvement and precludes the recurring of such in the future.
The thesis proposed defends the notion that the Constitutional Court of the
Russian Federation serves as a firm guarantee of the legal and constitutional
social and economic rights of man and citizen. |
