Abstract

The article provides an analysis of the stage of the enforcement proceedings as an independent stage of the arbitration process. The estimation of the effectiveness of enforcement of the judgment, depending on the type of claim, which was considered by the court (the basis for the classification of claims put procedural and legal characteristic). Designated role Arbitration Court at the stage of enforcement proceedings. The methods of enforcement of a judicial act. The possibilities of the claimant to provide timely and effective execution of court decisions held.
