Abstract

The аrticle is devoted to problems of definition of the legal nature of multinational corporations as sets of the independent legal entities having different state accessory. Specific signs of multinational corporations as subject of the international private law, interrelation of development of theories of right subjectivity of multinational corporations with the international investment law are considered. Various approaches to definition of the personal law of multinational corporation are analyzed. The problem of discrepancy of economic structure of multinational corporation to a legal form that defines features of the specified subject of the international private law is considered.
