Abstract

The article deals with specific features of the special constitutional and legal categories of values and disvalues in the constitutional law of Northeast Asian countries. The author estimates the content of legal regulations and individual contradictions of the constitutional legal doctrine, emphasizing the national identity of the People’s Republic of China, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea and the Republic of Korea, Mongolia and Japan.
