Abstract |
In
the reference to the thesis work of D.M. Nurbaev
“Inner conviction when evaluating in the criminal
procedure the prejudicial importance of decisions
made in civil, arbitration or administrative legal
proceedings (based on the control and criminal cases
regarding economic crimes)” the actuality of the
research topic, the degree of justification of
scientific propositions, conclusions and
recommendations formulated in the thesis are
revealed. The work content is analyzed. Its
advantages are specified. The special attention is
also paid to debating issues. The attention is paid
to the researcher’s personal contribution to the
development of a scientific problem. |
