Abstract |
The article provides an assessment of some normative
legal acts regulating relations in the sphere of
public procurement. The main problems of the Federal
Law of the Russian Federation No. 94-ФЗ of July 21,
2005 “On placing orders for goods, works and
services for state and municipal needs” are
mentioned.
The paper presents the analysis of some problems of
the existing Federal Law No. 44-ФЗ of 05.04.2013 “On
contract system in the field of procurement of goods,
works and services for state and municipal needs”
that impede the practical application of standards
for customers and members of public procurement.
Solutions to the mentioned problems are proposed.
Special attention is drawn to the fact that extra
time is needed to eliminate the imperfections of the
Law. |
