Abstract |
This article analyzes the current
legislation on the protection of the constitutional rights of citizens, and discusses
the different points of view, established in the scientific literature with
respect to the definitions of «personal data», «privacy», «personal secret.»
Protection of human rights — it is a factor of stability, stability and prosperity
