Abstract |
The article considers the issues of
guarantees and protection of the constitutional right of privacy in the Russian
Federation. In particular, the main factors which influence the level of
protection of the right of privacy are identified; its constitutional guarantees and
the basic mechanisms of protection are analyzed. Judging from the analysis
the most effective mechanisms of the right of privacy protection are
identified; the recommendations to amend the current legislation of the Russian
Federation with the aim of increasing the level of protection of the constitutional
law are given. |
