Abstract

Particular aspects of legal status of foreign residents and people without citizenship dwelling on the territory of Russian Federation are studied in the article. The principle of national treatment is studied separately; the current legislative system of the Russian Federation that states the legal power of these persons is analyzed, as well as the takings out of this principle. The author draws conclusion about the insufficiency of legal regulation of the status of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship on the territory of the Russian Federation which undoubtedly actualizes the problem of ensuring constitutional and legal status by the Russian government.
