Abstract |
Particular aspects of legal status
of foreign residents and people without citizenship dwelling on the
territory of Russian Federation are studied in the article. The principle of national
treatment is studied separately; the current legislative system of the Russian
Federation that states the legal power of these persons is analyzed, as well as the
takings out of this principle. The author draws conclusion about the
insufficiency of legal regulation of the status of foreign citizens and persons without
citizenship on the territory of the Russian Federation which undoubtedly
actualizes the problem of ensuring constitutional and legal status by the Russian
government. |
