Abstract |
The article considers the topical
issues of the administrative and territorial and municipal land arrangement of
the constituent entities of the Russian Federation concerning the aims of
its organization, categorical framework, and the peculiarities of legal
confirmation. The sectorial federal legislation
which is affected by the peculiarities of the
administrative and territorial and municipal land arrangement is analyzed. |
