Abstract

Justice (in historical terms) is represented as a revolutionary idea and ideal concept of the society. To be more exact, the article touches on three main theories of how to perceive its nature and meaning: theological, legal and economic ones. The authors highlighted four stages of development of the concept and cyclicity of justice. The final part of this paper dwells upon the relationship between principal and agent in terms of emotions, behavior and activities in a present-day joint stock company.
