Abstract |
The article studies regulatory
prohibitions in relation to activity associated with firearms and ammunition. The
author represents the structure of weapons trafficking. Furthermore, the
article defines proclaimatory, administrative and criminal trafficking in firearms
and ammunition and describes stages of criminal trafficking in detail.
