Abstract

This article describes the criminal portrait of the personality of a criminal whose acts violate copyright and associated rights. Criminal portrait of the personality of a criminal who violates copyright and associated rights includes the analysis of sociodemographic characteristics of criminals who commit the described crimes (sex, age, level of education, occupation and family status); characteristics defining moral and psychological peculiarities of the personality (excessive prioritizing personal needs and striving for illegal enrichment; negligence towards the law); as well as criminal and legal characteristics (criminal record, recidivism).
