Abstract |
This article dwells upon conceptual
framework of criminal prosecution of leaders and participants of mass
riots, and of riotous agitators. The article also provides the analysis of
criminal law and criminal procedure legislation in terms of responsibility for
organizing mass riots, taking part in mass riots and encouraging mass riots. The author
states the necessity to correct the concept of criminal prosecution for
committing these socially dangerous acts.
