Abstract

This article analyses the experience of upgrading the state service within the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan which reveals that both states move in one direction towards the establishment of state service based on the principles of the new state administration. The authors describe the main directions of establishing a new model of the state service within the Republic of Kazakhstan and key mechanisms of its implementation.
