Abstract |
The article considers the problem of the status of
the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation in the
process of consideration of cases on challenging the
decisions of the Pension Fund of the Russian
Federation and conditionality of the regulations of
consideration of the aforementioned cases by the
position of the Fund within the bodies exercising
state functions. The article raises questions of
defining the legal status of the Pension Fund of the
Russian Federation in the entire legal system of the
Russian Federation and determines the need to define
some of the provisions of the legislation which will
accelerate the procedure of consideration of cases
involving claims to pension funds and reduce the
number of such cases. |
